Do Blondy Garments Need Any Special Care?

Every garment must be rinse alter use, cool hand washed and dry in the shade. Take a look to the Blondy Garment Care section and youll find intructions that will significantly extend your swimwear and wetsuits useful life.


Will You Get Replacement Stock On An Item If You Have Sold Out?

If you are looking for a specific style and the online shop shows we are sold out, please email us
 at customerscare@blondywetsuits.com and we can tell you whether we have any more stock available
- or when we will.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Please note that if you are based outside of Spain-Mainland you may need to pay taxes and duties on exchanges.

Will I have to pay any Customs or Import Duty Charges?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

We accept PAYPAL, VISA and MASTERCARD. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL balance.

It takes approximately 2/3 days for deliverys in Spain and around 4/6 days for Europe. World Wide Deliveries could take up to 12 days. During a Blondy Wetsuits sale or when a new collection drops there may be delays on shipping, so please be patient during these times. Please read about our order processing and Shipping.


*** Where Can I Receive My Goods?

You may choose your shipping address but no PO Boxes or Hotels are allowed. Your address cannot be changed once
the item has been dispatched.


Can I Check On The Status Of My Package?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with Correos-Spain National Post tracking number. You will be able to track your item on their site. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, perhaps have order sent to your ‘work address’.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING – You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped with all your tracking details. DHL courier service will deliver your parcel. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, perhaps have order sent to your ‘work address’.

Do I Have To Be Home To Receive My Package?

For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office for collection. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours.


What if my Package Does not Arrive?

If your package is taking longer than you expect, please email us straight away at customerscare@blondywetsuits.com and will endeavour to track down your package for you.


What If My Parcel is Returned to Sender Because The Address Was Incorrect or I Missed It At The Post Office?

If for some reason your address was entered incorrectly on your order or you missed it at the Post Office and it has been returned to sender you will need to cover the postage charges to send it back to you. If you decide to cancel your order instead, we will deduct the shipping amount from your total refund even if you received Free Shipping.


Do You offer Return Or Exchanges?

Althought we make no refund unless the unlikely event that an item arrived to you in a faulty condition, we do offer returns or exchanges if the item is sent back unworn, unwashed, including tags and should be in the original condition. Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 7-day period from

What if I Received The Orther and It is incorrect?

We do our best to get your order correct but mistakes happen ocassionally. If you received an incorrect order please email us to customerscare@blondywetsuits.com and you will receive the correct one as soon as possible.


Can I Make a Change To My Order?

Please let know as soon as possible if you wish to cancelate your order. If the order has not been dispached yet, we will just charge you a cancellation fee. If items have been shipped already, blondywetsuits.com reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.


Do You Refund Purchases?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact
us within the 7-day period and we will organize a replacement for you. If a
replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty
and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.

Returns or Exchanges will only be processed within the required 7-day period from
 date of delivery. No refunds/ exchanges are given on sale items.


Do I Have To Pay For Shipping My Return?

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.


How Do I Know If My Return Has Arrived And Being Processed?

We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible. However please allow up to 15 working days. We suggest to send your return with tracking so you can see when it has been delivered as we cannot confirm this for you until we process the refund.
