Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or size exchanges on items that show wear or use and without their original packaging, tags and hygiene strip attached. NOTE: IF HYGIENE STRIP IS REMOVED, YOUR ITEM(S) CANNOT BE RETURNED. Items must be tried on wearing undergarments.

Please note that we have a 7 day return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, Blondywetsuits has an easy Return or Exchange Procedure.

  1. Email customerscare@blondywetsuits.com to notify us of your return so we can authorise your return. If you wish to make an exchange – let us know which item you would like instead. We are unable to hold available stock for periods longer than 14 days.
  2. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or you will receive a Shopping Voucher. You will receive email notification of this.

*Return postage costs are your responsibility and we recommend shipping the package through a tracked service. Blondywetsuits.com cannot replace items that are lost during shipment.

**Wetsuits have 15 days fabric garantee and 1 year …….) month guarantee for exchange, refund or repair where and  if applicable, under assessment.


RETURNS
 

If you wish to return your goods due to personal decision please contact customerscare@blondywetsuits.com for further instructions. Once checked that the item is in perfect conditions the client will receive a Shopping Voucher of equal value in exchange for the item. In this case the client will bear the shipping costs. Returned ítems that have been worn, damaged or alterated from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to the costumer. Costumer will pay shipping costs in this case.

For those garments bought with a discount on shipping or had a free shipping offer, the shipping cost will be the normal rate of the delivery company

regularly used by Blondywetsuits.com

Returns are not available on SALE ítems unless deemed faulty.


EXCHANGE

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or color . All exchanges are based on stock availability .The return has to be made within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Please email customerscare@blondywetsuits.com to notify us of your intention to return your order, make sure to include your invoice number and contact details, as well as information on the size of the product you would like to exchange.

The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Blondywetsuits.com is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. We will process your refunded within 15 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email.

If less, price differences wil be given in a Shopping Voucher.

Your satisfaction is our highest concern and we sincerely hope you love your new pieces.


REFUNDS 


We just offer refunds in the unlikely event that you receive a Faulty Item. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser ́s method of payment.


FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.  Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be exchanged.

All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery. However, in the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods.  Email us to customerscare@blondywetsuits.com. Please make sure to include your invoice number and contact detail, as well a description and photo of the damaged good.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty ítems. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded. Changes in product pricing is up to the discretion of Blondywetsuits.com and are not refundable. Items purchased at full price are eligible for full refund on the item amount sans shipping.

If after the faulty goods are returned, it is indicated that the failure was not covered by warranty a credit will not be issued.


ORDER CANCELATIONS

If items you order are in stock it will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. We’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the Shipping address, item style/size, remove/add items to your order or cancel your order. But if you wish to do any of these changes please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to customerscare@blondywetsuits.com.

If the order has not been dispached yet, we will just charge you a cancellation fee. If items have been shipped already, blondywetsuits.com reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.
